Missing 3-Year-Old 'In Extreme Danger' Could Be Traveling Through Virginia: State Police

Police in Virginia have joined the search for a missing 3-year-old girl who may be in extreme danger after being taken from her father's home in New York.

An alert was issued by Virginia State Police on Monday on behalf of the NYPD as they work to locate Kadence France, who was last seen at her father's home in Staten Island and is believed to be with 26-year-old Randalae Rhodes, possible in Virginia.

According to investigators, "the child is believed to be in extreme danger." 

France was described as being about 3-feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket, black pants, black Ugg boots, and a black winter hat with pom poms. 

Rhodes is 5-foot-6, weighing about 240 pounds with brown eyes. No other descriptive details were provided by the police.

They may be in a blue Honda Accord with unknown plates and are believed to be traveling in Virginia. 

Anyone with information regarding the child or her whereabouts has been asked to call 911
